HOW CAN WE HELP?

How do I place an order?

You can place an order via any of the following methods: Contrvst is pleased to offer fast and secure online shopping. Simply search for your desired product and click add to cart with your selected size. Help with sizing can be found through the size guide icon on the product page. Create an eCommerce login to save your information for future purchases, or checkout as a guest.

What information do I need to provide to make an order?

In order to process your order we require the following information:
  • Your shipping, order information & billing address.
  • Phone number & email address for order confirmation and invoice.
  • Payment method – please provide a credit card number to complete your order.

Should I receive conformation once i've placed my order?

Once you have placed your order via our Ecommerce store, you will receive email conformation via the email address you provided at checkout, please allow up to 30 minutes and ensure you have entered the correct email address for all updates regarding your order.

Can I place an order without creating an account?


Yes, once you get to checkout, you will be provided with the option to either 'checkout as a guest' or create an account where you will be able to gather information on all past and present orders.

When will my order ship?

Once your order has been placed, and you’ve received your purchase verification, we will begin to process and fulfil your shipment within a 24-48 hour business day time frame (Monday-Friday).

Can I inspect the goods before receiving them?

At Contrvst it is our guarantee that each order that is placed will undergo a strict and thorough quality control process ensuring all orders that are shipped are to the utmost standard for customer satisfaction. Whilst viewing products, we have included a variety of images to showcase the clothing items which can be enlarged once selected for a closer view if desired.

Why hasn’t my shipment arrived?

While we strive to get your order to you in the fastest time possible following your selected shipping method at checkout, occurrences outside of our control may take place which may prolong the lead time of your order. Under the circumstances that your order has exceeded the estimated arrive date provided with your tracking number, please contact us at support@contrvst.com.au.

Which countries do you ship to?

Contrvst is currently operating within Australia, however we aim to serve and spread our vision toward customers worldwide. Please be aware that shipping times, costs and custom taxes may vary depending on your selected address. How can I pay for my order?

After adding your awesome designs to cart, select continue to checkout. Fill in the designated required sections and select "Continue to payment". You'll then be provided with a range of payment options including (VISA, MasterCard, American Express and many more). Choose from the following and select "Pay Now".

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Eftpos, Apple pay, Google pay, Union pay, Shop pay and Afterpay.

What currency are your prices listed in?

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Will my card apply international charges?

Please note, some banks process a small transaction fee upon purchase. All charges that are applied outside of the checkout order total displayed at checkout are not charged by Contrvst nor do we have control over when your bank will apply these charges.

What is your refund policy?

Our return policy is viable within a 14 day period upon delivery date. For more information regarding returns please view the returns policy.

Can I return the product?

All returns must have prior authorisation from Contrvst, this can be requested through Request A Return. This must be done within a 14 day period upon delivery date where your claim will be assessed and a delivered verdict will be sent to your chosen email within 1-2 business days. Items sent back must be in accordance with the return policy  Shipping & handling charges are subject to the customer.

I ordered the wrong product. What should I do?

Under the circumstances that the customer has ordered a size that does not fit, a 14 day period from delivery date is applied for an exchange to the correct size, however refunds are not applicable.

My product was damaged upon arrival. What should I do?

Under the circumstances that the product has been damaged/defected at fault of the merchant including (tear, discolouring, soiled, design defect, stitching and missing tags), the customer is subject for a refund or exchange.
